Support patient care in person with Shared Health using health care aide training and explicit English communication. This clinical position offers 0.40 FTE.

Shared Health coordinates patient-centered clinical services across Manitoba. The Health Care Aide position requires a recognized course and preferred patient care experience. You will work with health care teams while applying workplace procedures, routine practices, and privacy requirements. Information and training will be provided during probation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lift, transfer, and transport patients and equipment
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Respond to simultaneous demands effectively
- Perform position-related tasks and responsibilities
- Work as a health care team member

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Previous patient care experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written English command
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Current required abuse and criminal record checks
