As a vital team member at The Salvation Army, you'll engage directly with Shelter Guests and tenants at the Evergreen Shelter & Apartments.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client orientation and adherence to shelter rules. You'll assist with meals, provide support, and maintain a safe atmosphere for everyone. Key Responsibilities:

- Read HIFIS and Staff notes before each shift
- Handle client admission, orientation, and rule enforcement
- Serve as Receptionist, answering phones promptly
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Complete assigned cleaning duties

Requirements:

- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Food Secure Level 1 and First Aid Level 1 certification
- Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract
- Minimum one year's experience in Social Services
- Strong integrity and confidentiality skills
