Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As a team lead, you will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, help train current partners, and provide feedback to the store manager.
