- Supervise shift operations for safe and efficient production
- Coordinate plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies
- Promote safe work practices and enforce Permit to Work
- Mentor and develop operations personnel across shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals Requirements:
- At least 10 years in Oil & Gas production facilities
- 4th Class Power Engineering certification required
- Previous experience as Supervisor or Lead Operator
- Proven emergency response leadership
