Shipper/Receiver Clerk Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (From Day 1) Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Randstad Canada (Recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial automation solutions provider) Randstad is partnering with a market leader in industrial automation and process management to find a motivated, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver Clerk to join their warehouse operations in Dundas. A permanent role from Day 1 with a competitive base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year and an RRSP-matching program.

Structured training, development programs, and continuous learning opportunities. Preparing, assembling, and staging orders for shipment, ensuring proper identifying information and shipping labels are applied. Arranging carriers for outgoing customer shipments and coordinating customer pick-ups.

Safely operating a forklift, hand truck, or other material handling equipment to load, unload, and store goods. Interfacing daily with an internal business system/ERP software to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory counts. Conducting monthly inventory cycle counts and verifying packing slips against purchase orders.

Picking required orders for the assembly technician team. Performing final testing and shipping of products while assisting inside/outside sales staff as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

High School





Diploma is required Prior experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is considered a strong asset. A valid Forklift Certification is an asset.

Experience with inventory control, order management software, or specialized shipping software is an asset.
