Krown Produce is a local and well established company focusing on produce distribution throughout Western Canada.

We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position,

in our Winnipeg warehouse, as a:

SHIPPING SUPERVISOR

Working with the Shipping & Receiving Team, the successful individual is energetic, focused & highly motivated.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the distribution process to ensure effective and productive operations.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the receiving, shipping and distribution of fresh produce
- Monitoring the day-to-day processing of all orders are picked with accuracy
- Meeting shipping goals and performance standards, following SOP’s
- Cross training members of the warehouse team

Qualifications needed to succeed in this role are:





- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage a team to ensure operations are completed as efficiently as possible
- Able to work overtime and weekends

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Fresh Produce: 1 year (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 3 years (preferred)
