As a Bartender, you will mix and serve beverages under the Director of Food and Beverage. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, safe service, and Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy. You will communicate with guests, colleagues, and operational departments while supporting a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exceed guest expectations through outstanding customer service
- Take orders, recommend selections, and inform guests about specials
- Prepare beverages, serve guests, and check satisfaction
- Present bills, process payments,



and resolve guest issues
- Clean counters, restock the bar, and cover sections

Requirements:

- Current internal food and beverage employee
- Smart Serve Certificate and customer service experience
- Bartending and serving experience preferred
- High School Diploma; hospitality education an asset
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and work adaptable shifts
