Urban Life Solutions is hiring Sidewalk Crew Leads to support winter operations by operating sidewalk tractors to clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas. This role also involves hands on manual work alongside ULS crews to keep properties protected and accessible. This is an on call position requiring 24/7 availability during winter weather events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma (or equivalent) Experience operating sidewalk tractors or similar compact equipment Experience operating a pickup truck with a trailer is considered an asset Prior background in snow clearing, winter maintenance, or related outdoor labour Comfortable taking and giving direction;
