This Senior Manager role aligns site programs with the MDLZ HSE Management System and legal requirements. You will lead HSE teams, manage strategic projects, and build local capabilities through training and coaching. The position supports consistent accountability and proactive safety practices across assigned locations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee consistent HSE programs across assigned sites Manage change activities, capital projects, and HSE initiatives Present project dashboard updates to applicable stakeholders Coach HSE Managers, Specialists, Coordinators,
