Responsibilities Provision, modify, and revoke user access; configure employee accounts and appropriate access levels. Administer identity and access management tools and enforce IAM policies. Monitor and troubleshoot access requests and authentication issues. Work with security and IT teams to improve access controls and support high-quality deployments. Support audits, reporting, quarterly ITGC certifications,



and reviews of application and process controls. Assist with IAM project planning and investigate security issues. Qualifications College diploma or higher in Computer Sciences. Six to nine years of IT experience, including three to five years in IAM. Hands-on IAM experience and knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA. Familiarity with Active Directory, Forti Authenticator, and AD Manager. Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
