Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard software to coordinate teams and resources effectively.

The Site

Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and adherence to blueprints and schematics.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily residential construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure workplace safety.
- Communicate project progress with management.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction.




- Strong knowledge of residential building processes.
- Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and construction schedules.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
