This Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support to HR management across the employee lifecycle. The work includes BambooHR, Citation Canada, recruitment platforms such as Indeed, and organized personnel documentation. Responsibilities also cover training coordination, workplace incidents, employee discipline, and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidential employee records and process employee requests
• Post openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate onboarding documents, orientations, supplies, and training
• Coordinate offboarding, property returns, payroll information,

• Track incidents, certifications, probation, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Ability to perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
• Ability to maintain accurate recruitment and personnel records
• Ability to coordinate employee documentation and signatures
• Ability to track mandatory training and certification expiry dates
• Ability to support WSIB incident administration and follow-up
