We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team this winter as Snow Removal Technicians.

Position Overview:

As a Snow Removal Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during the snowy season. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service. Having a Pickup truck is definitely preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, steps, and other designated areas using shovels, snowblowers, and other equipment.
- Apply rock chips and ice melt as needed (supplied by JP Property Maintenance).
- Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients.
- Monitor the weather to be ready for snow events.
- Log job details, time in/out, and photos of completed work in our scheduling system.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning and refueling).

Requirements:

- Availability 24/7 during snow events (personal commitments should be scheduled around snow days).
- Ability to work in cold, physically demanding outdoor conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone to log work and communicate with the team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in snow removal or landscaping is an asset but not required.

Additional Information:

- Employees are responsible for maintaining their equipment, including backpack blowers and snowblowers.
- Safety is our priority! Proper winter gear, including thermal layers, gloves, and waterproof clothing, is required.
