Do not apply if you’re not prepared to work some statutory holidays. This is a performance-driven role for someone who treats social media as a revenue channel, not a content calendar. At Acclivity, B2B social programs are built to generate leads, start conversations, and drive pipeline for technical and industrial companies.
The company works with forward-thinking, tech-savvy clients in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and technology, and operates as a fully remote-first organization focused on flexibility and work-life integration. Execute high-volume, high-quality daily engagement aligned with each client’s brand voice. Create and publish content that drives engagement, conversations, and conversions rather than vanity metrics. Leverage AI and automation tools to increase output, speed, experimentation, variability,
and scale while maintaining high standards for accuracy, brand voice, and quality.
Support ABM efforts through research, targeting, outreach, and tracking. Build and engage relationships with industry media, influencers, and partners, including podcasters, publications, associations, and event organizers. Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity tracking across client systems.
Deliver transparent monthly reporting tied to performance metrics. Success in this role is tied directly to performance. Leads generated through social channels. Meetings booked or pipeline influenced. Volume and quality of meaningful conversations initiated.
Comfortable operating at high volume without sacrificing quality. Curious and able to quickly understand technical industries and topics. Excited to use AI to improve speed, scale, variability, and output, but disciplined enough to protect quality, accuracy, and brand standards.
Energetic, urgent, self-motivated, experimental, and held to high standards.
Experience in B2B social media, community management, or a similar role.
Experience generating leads or supporting pipeline through social media.
Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is a strong asset. Strong written communication and conversational skills. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and engage in informed discussions.
Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience in technical, industrial, or engineering-related industries.
Experience with best practices in social media, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram.
Experience with Reddit, X, YouTube, and Facebook is also valuable. Mac/Apple equipment provided, Slack, Asana, Office 365, Canva, HubSpot, AI tools, and native social platforms. 100,000–$120,000+ CAD, with no cap on key earning targets.
Performance Bonus: Bonus Structure Some individual performance. Some team performance.
Bonus is tied to: Leads generated through social channels. Meetings booked or pipeline influenced. Contribution to team performance targets.
Compensation is designed to reward high performers and is best suited for individuals motivated by results and earning potential tied to performance. Fully remote work environment. Flexible scheduling within a coordinated team coverage model.
Employer-paid benefits for employees working 20+ hours after 3 months, including life insurance, drug coverage, dental, eye exams, virtual medical, and hospital coverage. Remote office budget. Use new technologies to enhance performance while remembering technology is a tool, not the product.
Treat quality control as everyone’s responsibility. Care deeply about the quality and impact of the work. Be proactive in spotting opportunities and risks. Share knowledge and support the team. Help set others up for success.
Candidates who move forward will be invited to a written interview stage, and successful candidates from there will be invited to a video call interview. This is a full-time role.
