Benny Jain is a real estate agent in Surrey, BC, growing his business through short-form video on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. He's hiring a marketing intern to help create content that brings in leads.

What you'll do

- Shoot short-form video: property walkthroughs, neighbourhood b-roll, open houses, and talking-head videos of Benny
- Plan each shoot from the script: shot list, angles, lighting and audio
- Capture clean audio with a lav or shotgun mic, and good footage on a phone or camera
- Help edit Reels: cuts, captions and on-screen text, following our editing guide
- Suggest content ideas based on what's trending on Instagram in real estate
- Keep footage organized and hand files to the editing team on time

What we're looking for

- Hands-on videography skill. You can shoot steady, well-lit, well-framed vertical video
- A good feel for short-form content: you know what makes a Reel stop the scroll
- Basic editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar




- Comfortable directing someone on camera and being on location for shoots
- Reliable, organized and quick to take feedback
- Clear communication in English. Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi is a bonus

Nice to have

- Your own camera, gimbal or mic
- Experience shooting real estate, interiors or properties
- A driver's licence and access to a car for shoots
- A portfolio, Instagram page or reel samples
