Imagine you want to redesign your home and have been searching for new tiles for your kitchen, or a new rug for your living room. Simply upload a picture of your room using your mobile phone, and slide the rug under your coffee table: QFloors, the business management platform that flooring dealers run their companies on, from leads and quotes through invoicing, purchasing, accounting, and payroll. Today it is a Windows desktop application delivered through the cloud, and we are moving it, domain by domain, onto a modern web ERP that is part of the Roomvo Pro platform.

Dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers meet on that platform, and that is where our next stage of growth comes from. You will build features that move dealers off the desktop application to the modern web ERP. You will work across the backend and the frontend of the modern web ERP, from the database to the screen, within designs set with senior engineers.

You have shipped real features to real users, and you can take a well‑defined piece of work from a ticket to production with little hand‑holding. You ask for help early when something is ambiguous, and you call out trade‑offs nobody mentioned. Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS ERP frontend : Next.js, TypeScript, React QFloors Desktop : C++ on Windows, PostgreSQL, Azure Build features end-to-end across the ERP service and the web ERP:



Django models and APIs, and the Next.js screens that use them.

Write correct models and database migrations that respect tenant isolation and row-level security. Ship with tests, watch your releases in production, and fix what breaks. Give solid code reviews in your area, and learn from the reviews you get.

Keep your lead and your team informed with clear status, and flag risks early. Learn from senior engineers, and help the more junior ones. 2+ years of professional software development experience. ~ Strong computer science fundamentals based on a degree in computer science or distinctive work experience in software development. ~ Experience building backend services and APIs, and some front‑end experience. ~ A valuable understanding of relational databases and SQL. ~ Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on quality and long‑term goals. ~ Experience with Python and Django, and with Next.js or React.

Experience with ERP, accounting, or other business management software. Some exposure to C++ or other compiled language. We're a remote‑first company that encourages our employees to work from where they're most productive.
