The position requires at least three years of optical experience, with CCOA designation preferred. Strong communication, technology, and multitasking skills are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Educate patients about lifestyle-based eyewear options
- Interpret prescriptions and complete frame measurements




- Coordinate appointments, billing, payments, and contact lens orders

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of optical experience required
- Past or current CCOA designation preferred
- Proficiency with technology, computers, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
