Location: Mississauga, ON Pay Rate: $18.15 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Schedule Flexibility: Availability to support weekday and weekend shifts during peak season as business needs increase.

What You'll Be Doing

- Order Assembly & Verification: Check, assemble, and prepare products according to customer order requirements.
- RF Scanning & Data Entry: Use RF scanners and computer workstations to consolidate products and process order information.
- Shipping Documentation: Print shipping labels and order verification sheets to support accurate and timely shipments.
- Quality Control: Verify product descriptions, quantities, and lot codes to ensure every order meets customer requirements.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory audits and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized work environment.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Properly dispose of cardboard, strapping, scrap materials, and other packaging waste.
- Teamwork & Compliance: Follow established procedures,



workplace policies, and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for candidates who take pride in their work and understand the importance of accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

- At least 1 year of warehouse or general labour experience.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner.
- Basic computer and keyboard skills, with strong data-entry accuracy.
- The ability to read and understand English instructions and documentation.
- Robust attention to detail, including the ability to verify quantities, product information, and lot codes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a strong commitment to quality.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- The physical ability to stand, walk, and lift approximately 30 lbs repeatedly and safely throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work additional weekday or weekend shifts during peak periods, as required.
- An asset: Experience working with an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Education: Some high school education required; a high school diploma is preferred.
