Support luxury retail operations at Harry Rosen Cumberland in Toronto, using POS transactions and customer service skills. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

As an Operations Associate, you will support service desk activities, order fulfillment, cash handling, and merchandise maintenance. The role reports to the Operations Team Lead at Harry Rosen Cumberland. You will also assist clients, maintain information, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support cross-functional store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process client transactions accurately through the POS system
- Manage registers, sales envelopes, and bank deposits
- Pick E-Commerce and IST orders for fulfillment
- Maintain organized service desks and merchandise standards
- Support inventory counts, returns, and replenishment

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail experience
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Shipping, receiving, merchandising, and inventory management experience
- Robust communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
