Ability to design, develop, support, and continuously improve scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

ServiceNow Architecture, Strategy & Roadmap (30%) 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles. Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CSDM, CMDB, integrations, data models, security, and governance.





Experience leading solution design, architecture reviews, technical governance, and platform transformation initiatives. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and future-state ServiceNow solutions. Knowledge of ServiceNow AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and emerging platform capabilities.

ServiceNow System Administration (30%) 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of user administration, roles, groups, access controls, system configuration, and platform governance.

Experience ensuring platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
