The Software Engineering

Manager will oversee the technical direction and delivery strategy, focusing on scalable and secure software solutions in Java and C++. With a balance of hands-on engineering and mentorship, the role drives modernization, incident response, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Lead design and implementation of secure software solutions

- Serve as senior technical escalation for production challenges Proven experience leading software engineering teams
- Solid technical background in designing distributed systems
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
