Software Product Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Software Product Manager to lead the evolution of digital products and platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, exceptional user experiences, and data-driven outcomes. In this role, you will own the product backlog and roadmap, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to continuously discover, prioritize, and deliver features that meet customer needs and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the product roadmap and prioritized backlog for digital products, platforms, and online tools.

- Lead product discovery efforts, gathering insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product decisions.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, operations, and business teams to define and deliver impactful features.

- Drive continuous improvement of the user experience through customer feedback, behavioral data, and usability insights.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate product, delivery, and adoption risks throughout the development lifecycle.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create personalized digital experiences and customer journeys.

- Partner with growth and analytics teams to monitor performance metrics, track outcomes, and optimize product effectiveness.

- Facilitate stakeholder alignment on priorities, scope, and release timelines.

- Champion Agile product practices and contribute to a culture of continuous discovery and delivery.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 2+ years of experience supporting digital product initiatives, technology implementations, website redesigns, or software development projects.

- 1+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analyst, or related role.

- Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar methodologies.

- Experience with mobile application development (iOS and Android) is considered an asset.
