This permanent full-time Payroll Specialist manages payroll for multiple client accounts. The work combines payroll processing, client inquiries, tax filing, reporting, and remittances. Robust organization, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills support accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and process payroll for multiple client accounts
• Schedule, run, audit, and balance payrolls
• Complete year-end balancing, filing, reporting, and remittances

Requirements:

• One to two-plus years of payroll processing experience
• Client service experience handling inquiries by phone
