We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Business Support Systems (BSS), Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures that support customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, CRM, data platforms, and AI-enabled business capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive modernization initiatives, define target-state architectures, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures for BSS, Data, and AI platforms. Lead architecture design for new business initiatives and digital transformation programs.



Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.

Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance throughout the project lifecycle. CRM Customer Care Support modernization and transformation of legacy BSS platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Data warehouses Data mesh Master Data Management (MDM) Design data integration architectures using APIs, ETL/ELT, event-driven and streaming frameworks. Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and security requirements are met. AI & Advanced Analytics Architect AI-enabled business solutions leveraging: Generative AI Natural Language Processing Design AI integration patterns using enterprise systems and data platforms.

Evaluate and implement AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI controls. Mentor development teams and solution architects. Establish architecture standards and technical best practices. Participate in strategic technology planning and vendor evaluations.

Support procurement, RFP reviews, and technical due diligence activities. 9+ years in software architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture roles. ~Technical Skills CRM, CPQ, Billing, Order Management architectures Data Technologies Databricks SQL Server Data Lake technologies AI Technologies ~ AI orchestration frameworks TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IAM, SOX controls, and data privacy regulations.
