Job Summary

Silver Springs Medical Spa is seeking a skilled, professional, and personable Spa Body Therapist to join our wellness team in Downtown Vancouver.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality body treatments in a calm, professional, and client-focused environment. This role is well suited to someone with experience in therapeutic bodywork, relaxation massage, circulation-focused care, meridian-based treatments, or other spa body therapies.

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to client comfort are essential. English communication skills are required, and Korean and/or Chinese language skills are preferred to support our diverse clientele.

Duties

- Provide qualified body treatments based on client needs and comfort
- Perform relaxation massage, body therapy, circulation-focused treatments, and other spa body services within your training and experience
- Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional treatment experience for every client
- Conduct brief client consultations before treatment and communicate clearly regarding treatment preferences and areas of concern
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room organization
- Prepare treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and supplies before and after appointments
- Educate clients on appropriate spa services, wellness treatments, and general aftercare
- Recommend suitable services or treatment packages when appropriate
- Support client retention by providing consistent, professional, and attentive care
- Assist with basic front desk or appointment coordination duties when required
- Work collaboratively with practitioners, reception staff,



and other members of the Silver Springs team
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Stay informed about current spa, body care, and wellness treatment techniques

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Body Therapist, Massage Practitioner, or in a similar wellness role is preferred
- Training or certification in massage, body therapy, spa therapy, meridian therapy, or related disciplines is an asset
- Experience providing relaxation massage and professional body treatments is preferred
- Solid understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and client safety practices
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with clients and discussing treatment preferences
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Experience in a spa, wellness clinic, medical spa, or hospitality environment is an asset

Language Requirements
- English: Required

We are looking for a caring and professional team member who values client comfort, quality service, and a positive wellness experience.

Pay: $18.25-$46.56 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
