This roleensures that all new colleagues receive consistent, high-quality training onsystems, tools and procedures to support operational excellence within thefirm. We are looking for professionalswho want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learningculture and a focus on overall development.Plan, administer and implement training andonboarding programs ensuring all current colleagues receive consistent andhigh-quality training on systems, tools and procedures including Epic, CSR24, Suretysystems, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, and other Office 365 productsPerform skills gap analysis to determinetraining needs of new and existing Platform colleagues with a report toleadership every six months highlighting trends and recommendationsIdentify &/or develop resources (ie. jobaids, checklists etc.) to help colleagues learn new technical skills &/orreinforce Platform protocols and proceduresWork closely with the Operations team and hiringmanagers, review work completed by new colleagues on a regular cadence (weeklyis suggested)
