Use Excel, CAD, and shop-floor observation as a Production Engineering Intern at Clutch in Mississauga, working full time onsite.

This four-month internship runs January through April 2027, with potential extension through August. You will own one main project and support smaller projects in Clutch’s reconditioning facility. Your work may address standardized work, bottlenecks, quality control, layout, or capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Time-study processes in inspection, mechanical, or detail areas
- Map cycle and wait times using production data
- Analyze quality-control failures and rework causes
- Redesign work areas in CAD using supporting data
- Present achievements to engineering and executive teams

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a relevant engineering program
- Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables
- Some exposure to SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar
- Comfort working on a shop floor with mechanics
- Clear communication with operators and directors
