The position is integral to supporting the various operations teams to ensure everything operates smoothly and efficiently.This position is located at Big White Mountain, and is full-time year round supporting both summer and winter operations.What You'll DoCreate and maintain an inventory system for parts on siteSource parts from local and OEM suppliersWork with department Managers in regards to orderingCoordinate logistics of getting parts and materials from supplier to departments on mountainReceive parts and validate invoicesInsure parts are distributed to correct individualValidate deliveries and usage of fuel insuring the appropriate departments are being billedPerform other related tasks,



as assigned by managementUphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all timesWhat You BringTrades certification and/or solid background in parts and inventory administrationGood working knowledge of computer programs.
