Reporting to a Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager, the Housekeeper maintains bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces. This position requires cleaning knowledge, safe equipment operation, accurate records, and respectful communication. Duties support person-centered care, resident dignity, and personal independence within established procedures, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, bedrooms,
  
  
  
  and common spaces
• Make beds and change linens according to procedures
• Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
• Qualified communication with residents, visitors, and team members
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
