Strathcona County seeks Arena Operator I staff for multiple hourly positions at Strathcona Olympiette Centre, Ardrossan Recreation Complex, and Moyer Recreation Centre. You will interact with diverse guests, support facility operations, and help maintain positive experiences. The work includes facility setup, cleaning, maintenance support, and event assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level guest service and positive experiences
- Build relationships and offer solutions for guest requests
- Set up facilities for bookings and special events
- Assist with arena surface maintenance
- Complete cleaning, snow removal, and equipment setup
Requirements:
- Minimum completion of Grade 10
- Knowledge of facility programs and daily operations
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Intermediate First Aid, criminal record check, and physical capability
Support guests, arena surfaces, facility operations, and special events across Strathcona County recreation centres.
