AI Enabled Content/Growth Strategist is a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and executing WELL Health’s organic content and lifecycle growth strategy. This role blends healthcare research and expert-level writing, direct-to-consumer storytelling, lifecycle and CRM communication strategy, organic go-to-market strategy, and AI-enabled research and content workflows. You will both develop strategy and personally produce high-quality content, ensuring it supports acquisition, engagement, trust, and long-term customer relationships.

This is not a pure content role and not a paid media role. It is a strategic organic growth role grounded in credibility, measurable impact, and AI-enabled productivity.
