SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor supervises preventive and corrective maintenance work for assigned stores.



Ensures all work is completed within our standards in a timely and economical manner. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises preventative and corrective maintenance work for various properties (roofing, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical, etc.) as well as various project work Coordinates and monitors tasks related to the proper maintenance of stores equipment as well as general maintenance services (janitorial, waste removal, snow removal, landscaping, etc.) Completes various audits (Preventive Maintenance Visits (PMV), environmental, store, janitorial, energy, etc.) Evaluates after inspection, the appropriate corrective measures to be taken Ensures the respect of established standards, while completing all tasks in a timely and economical manner Evaluates quotations and negotiates prices and /or contents as needed Prepares work requisition and transmit same for appropriate approval Manages, analyze, periodic expense reports to ensure budget is respected Verifies and approves all corrective work invoices for
