Freight Team Associates stock shelves, organize sales floors, and provide customer service when demand requires. The position includes packing orders carefully, labelling products accurately, and placing them in specified holding areas. Associates may operate reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines to move merchandise safely. Success requires action orientation, effective communication, customer focus, and results-driven work. The role reports to the Freight Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock shelves to achieve 100% in-stock merchandise
- Pack out, pack down, and merchandise promotions




- Organize overheads and maintain aisle cleanliness
- Pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately
- Move freight safely using appropriate equipment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience preferred
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to climb ladders 12 to 16 feet
- Reach truck, forklift, or order picker knowledge preferred
