Senior Guest Experience Supervisor We’re looking for an Interim Senior Guest Experience Supervisor to assist in leading the teams that shape the guest experience at Scandinave Spa! This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately until end of February 2027.

Whistler, our mission is to offer a haven for personal renewal in the Scandinavian age-old tradition, where body and mind find peace. Guests come to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves through hot baths, cold plunges, relaxation areas, and massage therapy. Oversee daily operations of the front desk, bistro, and reservations departments Support team training, communication, and accountability to ensure consistent standards are maintained.

Provide administrative support, including staff scheduling,



payroll, budgeting, reporting, and inventory management. Monitor guest feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance overall guest satisfaction. With the simplicity and quality of the experience we offer, we lead by staying true to the Scandinavian tradition through our locations, materials, and scents.

We approach change in a positive way, are always willing to help, and rally around common goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Versatile and available to work weekends and holidays.
