Job Summary

We are looking for a flexible, reliable, self-driven staff accountant, who values professional excellence on a freelance contract basis to support our small -to - mid sized public accounting practice. The role is best suited for a staff accountant with prior experience in a small or medium sized firm environment, who is looking for flex hours, 3 - 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Prepare bookkeeping with Quick Books on line, year end working paper files to completed Financial Statements (with notes). Experience in preparation of personal and corporate tax would be an asset.

Maintain regular communication with the Partner to ensure quality and consistency of client service

Experience with Casware and Caseview, Taxprep IFIRM tax software, microsoft office and Quick Books

Must have excellent organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
