Talent Acquisition Specialist

You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration across all verticals within the Talent Acquisition function.

interviews and assessment centre performance Provide a sounding board on candidate performance and corporate cultural fit Be the expert in recruitment tools and processes to ensure high quality of candidate experience and professionalism including the adoption of new tools and technology aligned with the global talent acquisition strategy Administer and interpret psychometric tests and provide insights to the hiring managers Coordinate recruitment and selection activity for all applicable overseas hires or internal transfers and secondments Travel Requirement: 15% annually Proven 3 years working experience within a Talent Acquisition Function specifically on experienced hires In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, KPI, SLA’s Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google suite and Visio or Lucid Charts Degree in Business Management or Training in team leading is a plus CHRL or equivalent is an asset Experience in ATS usage and calibration Previous Recruitment Experience in a corporate setting or Manufacturing setting an asset.
