LCM Informatique, a Canadian leader in dealer management software for powersports dealerships, is looking to add a dynamic individual to its training team.The ideal candidate will have experience in the powersports industry or in a related sector such as RV, marine or even automotive.TasksCustomer support and guidance on using the software, via emails, phone calls and/or web conference; Train users on how to use the software, either online or on-site at the client’s location; Assist with the onboarding and go-live process for current clients.RequirementsKnowledge of LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2.0, and/or LARS software (an asset); Experience in the sales,service, and/or parts department; Bilingualism is mandatory due to our pan-Canadian clientele.Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
