Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruitment support and market insights. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Stay current on recruitment trends, labour market conditions, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support employer branding initiatives, special projects, and other talent acquisition programs as required. Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience. ~2-5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience. ~ Experience recruiting in high-volume environments; skilled trades recruiting experience is considered an asset. ~ Strong sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn,



Indeed, social media, and other recruitment tools. ~ Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent-mapping strategies is an asset. ~ Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive hiring decisions. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
