- Promote safety and conduct training sessions
- Oversee inventory management and reclaiming operations
- Ensure operational compliance and deal with incidents
- Liaise with port control and manage daily progress
- Evaluate crew competencies and provide mentorship Requirements:
- High school diploma needed
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Experience with heavy machinery operation
- Work from home experience is a plus
