In this role, you will provide critical support to both the sales and customer service teams, ensuring our clients and candidates receive outstanding service.Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting activitiesConduct research to identify potential clients and gather industry insightsMeet and exceed sales goals.Assist the customer service team by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficientlyMaintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our databaseSchedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the sales and customer service teamsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and customer service strategiesPrepare and share reports on sales and customer service performance with managementPerform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing,
