This role blends marketing, content, and recruiting operations, sitting at the intersection of employer brand and talent acquisition.In this role, you’ll turn Git Lab’s employer value proposition into candidate-facing content and campaigns across careers pages, social media, and review platforms. You’ll produce employee and culture stories, partner with the recruiting team on hiring-priority campaigns, and use engagement data to track what’s actually moving the needle.
