Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you are the on-shift leader responsible for executing operations at a high level. You don’t just “run shifts” — you drive speed, consistency, food quality, and team performance in a high-volume environment.

You are accountable for ensuring every guest experience reflects the Shelby’s brand, while maintaining strong control over labor, food costs, and operational standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesShift Leadership

- Lead shifts end-to-end, ensuring smooth, fast, and accurate service
- Manage team deployment and positioning during peak periods
- Maintain urgency and energy on the floor at all times

Guest Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in real time
- Set the tone for hospitality, speed, and product quality
- Ensure every order meets Shelby’s standards

Team Management

- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Reinforce brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness




- Support onboarding of new hires and continuous development

Operations & Execution

- Execute daily opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and control labor usage during shifts
- Ensure proper food prep, portioning, and waste control

Food Safety & Compliance

- Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready store at all times
- Support internal and third-party audits

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in a QSR or fast-paced restaurant workplace
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Solid communication and team leadership skills
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Versatile availability (days, evenings, weekends)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
