FULL Time Storefront Staffs are needed for Gerrard Square and Thornhill location.
Daily duty including preparing food and drinks (BBT/Coffee/tea), collect payment, pack company orders / online orders, inventory check, maintain a clean & fresh look of store front.
Applicants must be able to commit to work at all weather conditions, punctual and reliable.
Rotating schedules from 8am - 8pm, expecting 30+ hours per week, depends on work independence / business needs.
Duties
- Prepare food/ drink ingredients daily,
- Greet customers warmly and take food/drink orders
- Handle cash and card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the storefront, including food handling areas and storage area
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times
Qualifications
- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Good customer service skills with a positive attitude and explicit communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
