Okanagan College is seeking a Program Coordinator for the CSCT portfolio in Kelowna. You will implement and evaluate contract training programs, develop current courses, and manage proposals to meet client requirements while supporting revenue targets.

You will recruit and supervise CSCT instructors, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with businesses and partners to deliver training that aligns with client needs.
