Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. This role can be based in any WSP office in Western Canada. As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture plans, and proposals for high-value opportunities.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies. The work supports sustainable growth across Property & Buildings markets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuits Develop capture plans for major opportunities Analyze markets and competitive intelligence Lead compliant, timely proposal development Maintain prospect records in Oracle and business systems Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline 8+ years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development management Experience developing winning pursuit strategies Understanding of Alternative Delivery Projects procurement Advanced communication and presentation skills Apply strategic pursuit leadership, capture planning, market analysis, and proposal expertise to WSP Property & Buildings growth.
