The student will provide valuable support by assisting the team to manage content updates, coordinate translation requests, and contribute to procedural and knowledge management activities. This role would be well suited to a student who is organized, comfortable working with digital tools, and able to communicate clearly with team members. Strong computer skills, including confidence working with shared collaboration platforms and Microsoft applications.

Attention to detail to ensure content is transferred, formatted, and submitted accurately. Knowledge management experience or an interest in content organization, documentation, and process improvement. French language skills would be considered an asset, particularly for supporting translation-related activities.

Support lift-and-shift activities by moving existing content into Athena accurately and consistently. Review content for completeness, formatting consistency, and alignment with established standards before submission or publication.



Help maintain organized records of content updates, translation requests, and completed work.

Provide general administrative and coordination support for knowledge management initiatives as needed.
