Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Plumber will be responsible for the following duties:Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutionsInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, ventilation, and heating systemsInstall and connect plumbing fixtures and sanitary equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing installationsComplete work within the required timeframesMaintain and properly care for company-provided tools and equipmentEnsure job sites are kept clean and organizedUse the Yardi system to communicate with the Technical Supervisor and keep service reports up to dateProudly represent MACH's image and values when interacting with various stakeholders at each property, including tenants, clients, users, and staffPerform any other related duties as requiredQualificationsA minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position is requiredDiploma (DEP) in Plumbing and HeatingValid driver's license (daily travel between properties is required)Knowledge of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
