Position SummaryTIC Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support high-volume recruitment across our Geospatial, Geomatics and Surveying segment.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about connecting skilled talent with meaningful opportunities.If you're looking for a role that offers career growth, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!About the Role:Permanent Full-timeMonday-Friday, 40 hours/weekRequired to be in office 5 days per week for first 6 months, 4 days per week hybrid after 6 months, candidates should be located in the Sherwood Park, AB area.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites across CanadaPosting positions and tracking candidates submissionsReviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references; Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer lettersSource candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedInRequirementsMinimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring in the surveying or geo spaceExperience hiring experienced field survey technicians (Party Chief, Crew Chief), particularly with high precision industrial experience and remote linear projectsStrong experience using various sourcing techniques,
