This role combines hands‐on system work with analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation in a fast‐paced setting with evolving requirements.Working closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and system owners, you will help resolve issues, validate data across systems, and drive enhancements that improve how the organization uses its HR technology. This is a strong fit for an experienced systems professional who enjoys working directly in tools, supporting production environments, and building lasting operational depth in HR technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Quality AssuranceSupport configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows, fields, forms, and related behaviorServe as a quality assurance partner and tester for system changes, integration updates, and defect fixesPartner with team members and vendors to test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deploymentManage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them within established service levelsProcess Analysis & DocumentationAnalyze HR and workflows and system usage to support issue resolution, process clarity,
