As a temporary, full time Support HR Co-op Student, you will report to the Superintendent, Support HR.

Your main responsibilities include processing HRIS transactions, coordinating employee reimbursements, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role emphasizes detail-oriented work in a supportive environment for human resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
- Coordinate invoice payments and reimbursements
- Support employee health and benefits claims
- Organize new hire employee documentation
- Assist with employee events and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

- Enrolled in Human Resources or Business Administration program
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Previous HR or customer service experience is beneficial
